Over the last few months we regularly kept you in the loop as regards Chris Brown‘s ongoing legal battle against his baby mama Nia Guzman for joint custody of their daughter Royalty.
Chris even inferred that his baby mama didn’t care about the custody but only did it in order to improve and increase her child support from $2,500 to $15,000. Given the tense relationship that they currently have, there’s no doubt the battle in court will be merciless and both of them are to bring the big guns in order to win the case. Nia Guzman who wants nothing but full custody even took it to some media and spilled some tea about Chris Brown, saying that he’s up to no good because of drug abuse and gang related entourage.
Breezy and Nia will fight it out in 2 weeks, but the “Loyal” singer is said to be eager to go to the court because of new elements concerning his baby mama. Indeed nia’s Boyfriend, King Ba, the guy who lived with her and is even named on Royalty’s birth certificate is a wanted man. The man is currently on the run for felony forgery.
Chris will then used this argument to emphasize that she can’t be blaming him for allegedly being surrounded by criminals when her boyfriend is an actual felon.
Nia’s rep has since stated that she and King ba are no longer an item…
